Baking has been a favorite activity of mine since early childhood when my mom would let me help in the kitchen instead of causing chaos in the living room.
With the start of quarantine baking and cooking was finally an opportunity given then availability of time, patience, and passion to create magic in the kitchen for a college-student who would otherwise be spending hours upon end in the library on the MSU campus.
It has been my pleasure perfecting my recipes and working hard to find the perfect combinations of flavors and textures to express the beauty of the culinary art.

Given the precision of time require for the cakes to set, all orders are asked to be places a minimum of 3-days in advance. Weekend hours are for direct contact and requests while online orders may be placed at any time and picked up at a convenient time for both parties at the business location at the corner of Forest Glen Dr and Saxon Way in Bozeman, MT.

The Process
Everything comes form scratch, always
From the making of the crust, filling, and jam to the packaging, photography, and presentation, everything is made here. Not only does it make every bite authentic and unique but, it allows for the fine-tuning of every step. Each dessert is made with passion and perfection from start to end.
